When you write about a problem in the app, it helps to mention your device model, your Android version and the screen you were on. Please do not include passwords or any other sensitive detail — ZULFAA never asks for them.

How are prayer times calculated?
Times follow your location and the calculation method chosen in prayer settings; you can adjust minutes manually per prayer.
How do I change my city?
From the Location page in the side menu you can use device location or pick a city manually.
Does the app work offline?
Adhkar, du'as and qibla work offline, while some features need the internet — tafsir passages and recitation audio are loaded from external services when you open them.
How do I save a verse or du'a?
Tap the save icon on any content and it will appear on the Saved page.
My reminders arrive late, or not at all.
Reminders are scheduled on your device by Android. Check that notifications are allowed for ZULFAA in your system settings, and that battery optimisation is not restricting the app. Allowing the system's precise-timing capability lets prayer alerts be scheduled to the minute.
How do I delete my data?
Open the Privacy page from the side menu inside the app. The controls at the bottom of that page let you clear the ZULFAA data stored on your device, and separately delete your competition account with everything the server holds for it. Both are explained in full in the Privacy Policy.
Is ZULFAA on Google Play yet?
Not yet. ZULFAA is in final preparation for its first Android release. This site will carry the store link once the app is publicly available.
